the Best of America® is registered with the United States Patent and
Trademark Office as Service Mark No. 2,403,881, Ser. 75-790,495. First used in commerce
8-8-1997, filed 9-28-1999, and officially registered Nov. 14, 2000,
the Service Mark description is as follows:
For: Promoting the goods and
services of other organizations by preparing
and placing advertisements, articles, and organizational profiles, namely,
contact information, indices, news, resources and services descriptions and examples,
and stories in an electronic magazine accessed through a global computer network;
by distributing audio, graphic arts, printed, audio-visual educational and promotional
materials through public and private ceremonies, classes, expositions and trade shows,
fairs, forums, parades, mail, magazines and newspapers, radio, and television;
by rendering promotional advice, in class 35 (U.S. Cls. 100, 101 and 102).
Unless otherwise noted or explicitly apparent,
InspireUSA's logos and graphics, directories, CrownSite™ name, Celebrating the Best of America®
Game Cards, highlight/profile designs,
JubileeNews and Celebrating the Best of America name and design, expo site design, "Eagle Award" design and
web site competition, "I Heard It Downtown," "Jubilee Kids Online Books," as well as
the online book stories and online story arrangements themselves are copyrighted by
InspireUSA, Inc. and protected by Federal Copyright laws pursuant to
the Trademark Act of 1946, as amended, 15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq.; the Trademark
Rules, 37 C.F.R. Part 2; and the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure
(2ed. 1993).
Use of any InspireUSA trademarks,
real or intellectual property, or unique InspireUSA processes or practices
are explicitly restricted to InspireUSA and affiliates, partners or official
promoters of InspireUSA, and must be used within agreed upon guidelines.
InspireUSA reserves the right to stop or prohibit such use for any reason,
even after granting permission.

Information Automatically Logged
- We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer
our web sites. For your own security, your IP address may also be used to help
identify you and your shopping cart, and to gather broad demographic

InspireUSA does not sell,
rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our sites, including
membership forms or email lists.
Cookies
- Our sites do not currently use cookies, require passwords for public access
(we do require passwords for access to subscription portions of our site),
or utilize standard banner advertising. However, we may eventually implement the use
cookies to keep track of your shopping cart, to make sure you don't see the same ad
repeatedly, to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your password so
you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, and for other purposes.
Advertisers
- Many of the links on our sites link to other web sites that use outside companies
